What a vision!

Backstory. Ava's older sister Lexie was one of my senior rep's in 2016. From there, mom called me for Ava's 8th grade promotion photos, and I asked her if in 4 years, she was going to want to be one of my rep's as well. And of course she said yes. And OMG here we are 4 years later. I am not going to lie, I kind of like it when seniors don't really have any ideas in mind for their photo session and they say, "I trust You!" That was Ava.

She has a really cute room and I thought it would be fun to add in a bit of lifestyle type photos into her session, which we did. But as I was walking into their house, Ava was opening her acceptance letter to Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee! And wouldn't you know, she had a Nashville pillow and her Belmont Shirt all ready to go! This was such a great way to start off her session!

Anytime you prepare for a certain way a session will play out, be ready for unexpected changes. We headed downtown and had a couple stops in mind, and when we got down there, we found some other really cool areas instead. When Ava found the old Chevy, she HAD to do photos with it. That was a no brainer, it fits her personality perfectly! We then stopped at several little gems along the way and captured some amazing images! Ava was up for it all!

I won't take full credit for the next part of the session. Ava is a highly talented singer who I know will make it so far in her future! She has quite a few songs under her belt so far with her first original that just came out along with the music video! You can check it out here! So of course I told her it would be fun to incorporate that into her senior session because that's her, right? I had only one image in my head that inspired the idea and I can't even begin to explain my excitement of how it turned out. And for the first time, I am so overwhelmed by the photos, I can't even decide which ones to choose! It's not even fair to throw a teaser sneak peek out here like this, but it would get crazy if I posted all of my favorites!

Ava, you are a rockstar! God has huge plans for you! I can't wait to see where he takes you!!
